Description
The Lidercom Global Internship #1, presented by MW Coach Inc., was a transformative two-month practical initiative designed to bridge the gap between high-level technical expertise and human-centered leadership vision for international students in Korea originating from Kenya, Uganda, Burundi, and Tanzania. Centered on the proprietary H.U.G. Leadership Model—focusing on Human-centered values, Undertaking-ability, and Growing-up—participants engaged in a high-intensity development sprint for Lidera.kr, Lidercom's flagship leadership dashboard, which allowed interns to move beyond traditional coding and design a data-driven service that tracks and facilitates student growth within real-world educational environments. By developing a functional Minimum Viable Product (MVP) tailored for both Korean and global markets, the interns gained invaluable hands-on experience while simultaneously undergoing a journey of self-discovery to identify their unique interests, strengths, and long-term career roadmaps. This program successfully transformed technical skills into visionary leadership, with graduates now committed to an ongoing partnership with the Lidercom team to enhance the dashboard and scale this innovative leadership ecosystem across Peru, Africa, and beyond, ensuring a lasting impact on the global education landscape.
